WELCOME!
Welcome to the Cannabis Law Institute, a public policy think tank. Below you will find a proposed initiative to repeal cannabis prohibition in California. This draft is based on the collective efforts of the physicians, attorneys, activists, and business professionals who make up our organization. We at CLI believe this proposal epitomizes both what we hope to achieve in future elections and what is sound public policy for our State. CLI also invites you to please review this text, share it, and contact us with any feedback you may have. Together, we can move this issue forward.

We are currently working on a project to make publicly available on the web medical marijuana guidelines throughout California. We have sent out numerous California Public Records Act requests to different law enforcement agencies in every county of California. As these different agencies respond to our requests, we upload their replies to our guidelines page. For this reason, our guidelines page is constantly being updated.
